I have a Fitbit Versa 1 on which I am keen to install the SpO2 Signature. It seems the install option is not available -> the message I get is that "This clock is not compatible with your Fitbit device". I mention that I am based in an eligible country for the SpO2. Could you please advise how I can solve this issue? According to what I read online Fitbit Versa 1 should be compatible with the SpO2 Signature.
Many thanks in advance for the kind support!

To get that update I had to reset my Fitbit Versa 2, then I installed the update while setting it up
Hi , I have the same issue on my new versa 2 , if it helps I contacted fitbit , the firmware is still updating itself and can take a few days they advised me to keep the fitbit running in the back ground , I checked the current firmware and see they are correct as mine isnt the current one , should open up in a day or 2 so keep checking , I noticed new bits are currently popping up on mine like I didnt have the sleep or period tracker etc but now that's all there , if it doesnt un grey itself in a few days I'd contact them again

Thank you. The firmware version is 32.70.8.0. There is no other update function showing up in the account...
