I have just received a brand new Versa 2. I have it all set up but want to add the Sp02 clock face. It tells me either my app or device needs updating. But both are on the newest version. I have turned phone on and off etc. But no joy. Please help

Since you have just setup your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48-72 hours after setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
