The install option is not highlighting in mobile app when choose Spo2 signature app from clock face

Fitbit SpO2 is available in select countries; the list of countries where it's available changes frequently. If you cannot install SpO2 clock face in the Clock Face Gallery, it isn’t available in their region. We are having the same issue .. in the USA (so yes it is available) but won’t let us install it on my husband’s versa 2 that we just bought.  Disclosure needs to be enhanced if things aren’t functioning as advertised.
