Hi
It's just been a year and display issue. If we don't have support in India what anyone would do if it's malfunction in less than year also

Hi there @ashish1612, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your Versa's screen, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you.
Note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit trackers are sold. However, if your tracker suffers damage while under warranty, please contact Customer Support.
Please know when a Fitbit device is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option. For our full warranty terms and conditions, see our Return Policy and Warranty.
Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
That being said, I'd like you to provide me with more details on what the issue is with the display so I can assist you accordingly.
In the meantime, I'd recommend restarting your Versa by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
