Hi there, @Rick_ca. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

While reading your post, may I know what are the firmware version installed on your Fitbit device?

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa 2 is fairly new, isn't it? If this describes your issue, note the Versa 2 may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

Please keep me posted if after 48 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.

@Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!

Hi @Rick_ca - have you restarted both watch and phone?

Bear in mind that the SpO2 clock face requires the latest firmware on the watch and uses quite some battery. It only produces one value per night so you may want to change it during the day. A simple Oximeter might be more usable as you can get readings when you want.
