Watch getting very hot while on charger

Hi @Jmmcc - stop charging immediatelyas it is dangerous.

Unfortunately It has suffered internal damage, possibly from water getting in is the most common cause.

A new one can be had quite cheaply these days as they may be on offer.

@Jmmcc - once it gets hot (as opposed to not warm) while charging the battery may not last more than a day which is another indication of internal damage.

If the back seal is faulty it is possible for sweat or moisture to enter.

You could try a restart or change of clock face in case there was another temporary issue.
