I recently purchased Versa 2.
I have both snapchat & Bitmoji app. It is also linked.
I have been trying to use bitmoji CF but unable to connect to snapchat.
I have uninstalled apps & reinstalled, have updated apps....
I have followed all the steps, yet every-time i get this "We couldn't find you! Please make sure your Bitmoji is linked to snapchat"
Can someone help me on this?

Hi there @Bharath77, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post about the difficulties you've been having in order to link your Versa 2 to Bitmoji. I appreciate you've already taken the time to solve this inconvenience prior to posting here, I'll be glad to help you from now on.
As you may know, before installing this clock face, you need a Bitmoji account linked to a Snapchat account. In order for me to better assist you, make sure you've followed the instructions to link both account as described in this Bitmoji’s help article.
To properly install the Bitmoji clock face:
After you connect your accounts, your watch downloads a variety of Bitmoji stickers. Keep your phone close to your watch during this process, and make sure the Fitbit app continues to run in the background. If the Snapchat Connection status is stuck at 0%, or you see a message instructing you to make sure your Bitmoji is linked to Snapchat, link your Bitmoji and Snapchat accounts using the instructions in Bitmoji’s help article.
If you change your Bitmoji avatar’s appearance or outfit, update your clock face by tapping Sync Bitmoji in the clock face settings. Your watch downloads a new set of stickers.

I have tried the same procedure lot of times.
And still I am unable to install Bitmoji CF.

Hi there @Bharath77, thanks for getting back and for the update. No worries about the photos. I'd like to share that we receive similar reports like this already and once we've checked with the developer, they recommend our customer to contact them via this link so they can assist you with your Bitmoji: support.bitmoji.com/en-US/article/link-bitmoji-account-to-snapchat.
