My Versa and the app are up to date but for some reason my watch keeps on resarting/resetting itself. I've tried changing the clockface to one developed by fitbit but some of them still doesn't want to install (big red cross on the watch screen).
Since 2 days ago my tracker is also not working correctly. It's over counting a lot! I did a 2.5km run everyday last 3 days but my Versa says I doing a 3.5km! So it's over counting a whole kilometer?! It also seems to be not reading my heart rate quite a few times while busy with the workout.
I have switched the Versa on and off. I've switched my phone's bluetooth on and off. I've disconnected other bluetooth devices from my phone.
What do I try next? Please help!
