Versa2 capturing Extra steps while driving

There are two problems with my versa2

 

1) while sitting in front of laptop for 1 hr and not doing anything, still versa2 adds 250 steps per hrs irrespective of my movements

 

2) while driving for 30 minutes . Automatically1000 steps added to actual count

 

Can anyone help me on this
