I’m unable to open the notification setting I’m in the app on my iPhone.

I'm having the same problem - but only since the app updated this morning.
In the app, I click on my account, then Versa and then Notifications - and nothing happens.
The Notifications bar goes grey for a second to show it's been pressed, but that's it.

In case anyone is still having problems with this - I got in touch with Fitbit Support and they said they're looking into it. They suggested a workaround in the meantime, which worked for me:
- sync your watch with your phone as normal
- uninstall/delete the Fitbit app from your phone
- re-download the Fitbit and sign back in
The Notifications option now works as normal

That procedure is necessary on IOS but for Android this is easier and you don't lose your settings
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |

I am having the same issue with a brand new versa 2. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, followed the steps in the forum workaround and help ideas, ones on other threads and ones on you tube but still in the app, I click on account, then versa 2 and then notifications (under wrist and above reminders to move ) it goes grey and then NOTHING HAPPENS.
Thought the versa 2 was meant to be an improvement on the versa lite, only reason I changed was because the face fell off.
i use What’s app more than text messages so really need to be able to get what’s app messages on the watch.
any other ideas/help would be really appreciated (my phone is iPhone XR)
