Can't select certain Versa 2 clock faces

I am having an issue selecting certain clock faces from the fit bit app. It displays the message "To install this clock, make sure the Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update." 

I have checked and I have the latest update on both but I still cannot select certain clock faces to purchase and download. Please help.

Thanks for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

Currently, the latest firmware version for the Versa 2 is 35.72.1.9 as stated in this article. Please be aware that for Fitbit devices set up recently, it might be necessary to wait a couple of days to download the most recent firmware version. In the Fitbit app you will receive a notification over the next days to update.

 

Once your Versa 2 is up to date, you should be able to change clock faces by following these instructions.
