I’ve just recently got a versa 2 and when I go to notifications, WhatsApp isn’t there. I have the option of selecting notifications for other apps (podcasts, sky news etc.) I'm using an iPhone and just wondering if anybody has the same issue and how to fix it. It does say underneath ‘apps will be added when notification sent to phone’, but I’ve still had notifications sent to my phone in the meantime. Any ideas on how to solve the issue would be appreciated!

Hi there, @Jh929292. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected. 

I'd recommend following the steps in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

You need to go to Notifications and then App Notifications.
