Received my replacement Versa today but now i cant log in to the app on my iphone. I have restarted my phone and tried several times to log in but I keep getting the message of "Opps something went wrong, try again". So I cant get the new fitbit set up. What do I need to do?

Hi @marciatteberry How annoying! Try THIS Help Article on set up issues, but if it still wont set up you will need to go back to support Im afraid.

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great advice that shared @NellyG.
In the meantime, please make sure that your phone has the recent Fitbit app version installed.
