Can't setup Versa 2 with Google Pixel 3

I have a Pixel 3 running Android 11 and have had sync issues. I factory reset the device to troubleshoot and now it will not pair. The device is never found. I have read other people are having this issue and have tried all the posted troubleshooting steps. Do you know when a fix is expected?

I have tried all the troubleshooting steps. It seems to be an issue with Pixel phones and Android 11 from what I've read around various sites. I'm trying to source another device that I can try and pair to.
