I have contacted Fitbit several times regarding this. A while ago my versa had an issue with the screen. After following the many options given (changing the clock face, factory resetting etc) the battery now will not charge for the life of it. I was "forced" to buy the Versa 3 (since now my charge 2 won't synch but that will be on a separate post), but I would like to keep my versa for more outdoor activities so my new one doesn't go copute on me. Can someone shed some light on this and if this has been resolved for anyone else or feedback.
