Hi @Dean13  Have you seen THIS information about using the P20 Lite?

HOW DO I USE THE FITBIT APP ON MY HUAWEI P20 LITE PHONE?

To use the Fitbit app on your Huawei P20 Lite phone, verify the following settings:

  1. On your phone, open the Settings app > Apps and notifications > Apps.
  2. Tap Fitbit > Battery.
  3. Turn off the Power-intensive prompt option.
  4. Tap Launch.
  5. Turn off the Manage automatically option, and turn on the Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background options.
  6. Tap OK.

Hi @LadyFierce try restarting your Versa (I assume you have a Versa) several times. If that doesnt fix it then try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

Restart your tracker

Is the app actually not working? Or is it just not showing correct i formation because the Versa is not syncing? If there seems to be something wrong with the app, uninstall it and then reinstall and log back in.

Yes I have everything, uninstalled the App, restarted my Fitbit
smartwatch and did a manufactured reset on the my smartwatch and neither
one are doing nothing. They still won't sync.

This is not a problem unique to you.  Several of us have been having this problem.  There have been a number of strings on this over the last few days.  Personally, I have gotten online help three times and continue to have the problem.  It was initially synched to my computer, which worked fine for almost a year.  Since that was not working, a rep suggested switching to my phone.  That lasted for a few hours.  Apparently it is a problem with software that has not been resolved.  Contact Fitbit for help.  Perhaps this is not your problem.  I found that comparing my time on Fitbit with my phone lets me know when it quits syncing.   About once a day it starts syncing for a very brief time.  My watch is now three hours behind.

Thanks that helps a lot. And my watch is 3 hours behind as well.

Before I tried a factory reset on the versa 2 to try to resolve my issue, I was also slowly losing time too and it was behind.

But now the factory reset has made the watch completely useless because it won't pair at all.

I have a Pixel 3XL and on my phone I went to the my Bluetooth settings and clicked on "Versa"and clicked "Forget".  Then I just let Versa connect on its own. Worked for me!

I'm glad that you found something that worked.  So far all fixes have been temporary.  I'm learning to make do.  I seem to be able to get it to work once a week, so I've been working hard to get my steps in early.  After I hit my goal, I then play with the fitbit.  I just got it going again.  I'm hoping that it will stay connected at least until my weekly report comes out after midnight.

Yep, I'm in the same boat as you. Useless! It won't do anything. Frustrated
is an understatement. I've too much money to purchase the Fitbit for it not
to work properly.

I did get my report this morning.  Up to this point I viewed my fitbit as my best investment of the year.  I've lost about 50 pounds since I purchased it last year.  I upped steps from 10,000 a day in May to 15000 a day in June to my current amount of 20000 a day, with one day at 25000.  As I have progressed to jogging in place, the heart rate monitor has been important for me to know when to slow down as I hit my maximum heart rate.  I've also use the calorie counter as a rough guide and subtracted 500 calories as my guide for the next days intake.  That allowed me to lose a pound a week.  I have about 20 more pounds to go.  My doctor also has used the info from the reports.  So you can see it is important for me to get this problem fixed.  I did get the report.  Steps were accurate to the point that it synced.  That's why I play with it when I hit my goal.  Heart rate doesn't appear to be as accurate, which is key for me.  I think I have discovered that once I get it to sync, the times match until I put the watch back on my wrist.  That's when the connection seems to break.

My versa 2 will charge but time is wrong. It is not issue of time zones.
