My versa 3 will not let me access it keep saying unlock iPhone but when I do this it still won’t let me in. Battery will not last long after it being charged to 100%. The band is also broken on it.
The watch is not even a year old yet and cannot seem to find a claim form for this particular issue. Can someone please contact me thanks I use the watch a lot for training etc ..

Hi there, @Suzann1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.

To unlock your Versa 3 with your phone, please see How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?

About the battery short life, are you using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

As you already know, that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

Regarding to the defective band, please see myhelp.fitbit.com/s/warranty to determine if the issue qualifies for a band replacement. If you don’t qualify for a band replacement, please visit fitbit.com/store to view options for purchasing a new band.

Hope that helps.
