Can't unlock my Versa with my phone and screen is blurred

1. Can't unlock my fitbit because I've unpaired it from my phone (I know silly me)

2. Screen is blurred all of sudden in lines so I can't see anything on it anyway. It started off just not coming on when I pressed the back button and has progressively got worse 😔

3. Tried to factory reset using tips from on here and it's still not working

 

Any other guidance would be great!
