Can't update the Versa Lite

From what I am seeing and from what I have read on your twitter, on the 12th you had some serious server issues and after trying to work on my fiance's versa lite for 2 days, I am seeing the downloading of the update taking so long, as it's taken 10 minutes to do 1%.

So when I tried to do the update through the windows 10 app, It took 10 hours! to get to 100% and failed.  So it sounds to me like there is corruption or still serious server issues.  Can anyone from FitBit shed any light on this as I feel there are a lot of ticket requests on this issue and staying silent isn't going to help your support staff.
