Last night I updated the Versa to 35.70.8.0

3.21 is the version of the Fitbit app on the phone.

Let's go to the Versa swipe to setting, tap, swipe up to about and tap. What version does it say?

Type of phone?

Also when trying to update at what point does the failure occur and do you get any error mesages?
