Can't use Spotify while exercising

While in exercise mode, I cannot get back to the Spotify screen to fast forward any songs.    This is for versa 2.

Hi @cclala - this is normal, you can only run one app at a time. But you don't need the Spotify app at all.

The Versa 2 supports direct control of any phone music such as Spotify from the builtin music controls on the watch which means you can control music while in exercise mode.

Pull down once on the watch and then again and click on music controls and set it up.

Once done you can use that to operate any phone music and exercise at the same time and even change volume with the tiny + and - symbols..

To make things easier in watch Settings you can assign music controls to the long left button press [instead of the default Quick Settings]..
