I can't believe I have paid 300$ for nothing. I am terribly disappointed that only credit cards from 4 banks can be added in the wallat. My only wish is that I will be reimbursed for this because it was the ONLY reason why I bought this THIRD fitbit watch.

Hi @Martine_g Getting a refund will depend on the refund policy of the shop you bought it from. If you bought it from the fitbit Online Store you have 45 days to return it, and you will need to co tact Suppprt (link in my signature). The best way to get a bank added is to lobby the bank.

Lobby the Banks... oh yes, I forgot that banks are always opened to client suggestions and that we talk to them everyday. Putting a big sticker on the box stating that only 4 banks are supported would have be nice and it would have preserve my relation to Fitbit. It would have prevent me to bad publicity around all Canadians Universities and the police services. Do your job, I'll do mine.
