I can't believe I have paid 300$ for nothing. I am terribly disappointed that only credit cards from 4 banks can be added in the wallat. My only wish is that I will be reimbursed for this because it was the ONLY reason why I bought this THIRD fitbit watch.

Have you checked the feature request to see if the bank your interested in has been requested and added your vote?

Have you also contacted your bank and let them know that your interested in having a connection with Fitbit pay?

Each bank has to be individually added.

This is your job. Not mine. I've never had to contact my bank to pay with my phone. Why should I do it for my Fitbit...? for which I have paid 300$ by the way. I got a new Fitbit because it states that I could pay with it. You should add a WARNING STICKER on the box for Canadian buyers so they know exactly what they are paying for.

Sorry @Martine_g your posting on the Fitbit community board set up for receiving hardware help from your fellow Fitbit users.

I am simply a fellow Fitbit user,  not a Fitbit employee.

Fitbit will need to know the name of the bank you are interest in since each bank needs to be individually setup to work with Fitbit pay. This is the same for Garmin ans Apple pay.

Did you check the Feature Request Board to see if your bank in question has been requested yet, then added your vote? Or have toy aged a request for your bank to the feature request board.  Simply asking for more Canadian banks is not enough,  since each individual bank needs to be setup individually.

I also suggest contacting your bank,  so that both parties will get the message that users want Fitbit pay implemented for this particular bank.
