How do I stop this service?  I signed up for the free trial but do not use this and now I'm being charged 9.99 a month ;-(

Let me help you with your Deezer premium account. Since this is from a third party you will need to reach out to them for assistance. I could find this help article from them on how to cancel your subscription.
