Cannot Change Clock Face on Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have just bought a Versa 2.  I downloaded an analog clock face, and it's installed, but the only way I can see it is by swiping.  I have read the manual, and I have followed the instructions to go to the section in the app where I can theoretically choose the clock face.  The choice there shows the analog clock, but on the watch itself, the analog clock only shows for a few seconds and then it automatically reverts to the factory digital clock.  I cannot access the steps count from that clock--the button does not work.  I prefer the analog anyway. Any advice greatly appreciated--I am about to send this back. Thank you.

Is the new clock face "by Fitbit"?  If not, I suggest trying another one by Fitbit to see if that works better.  Most clock faces work fine but occasionally there are problems with clock faces developed by others.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for the idea.  It was not by Fitbit, but I tried with another one that IS by Fitbit, and I have the same exact problem.  I can choose it in the app, and the app thinks I have it set.  The face is on the phone, but reverts to the factory clock face after a few seconds.
