I have been trying to set up my versa for hours. It updates most of the way then stops. I am unable to connect it to wifi, within the app it says "could not connect to your device" even though I have already synced it. The device says "data not cleared, sync & try again".
I have restarted both my phone and the fitbit multiple times. This is very frustrating, I have never had an issue with other fitbits.

Good luck with that. They will tell you to jump through a bunch of loopholes. Make it out it is a phone issue of a watch issue. I say bull crap everyone is having the same issue since the new firmware update. However, they make it out like it is on our end of the spectrum when clearly it is not. The issue has to be the new update because mine worked perfectly fine until I did the new firmware update. Contacting support is a lost cause as well because they make you do the same bs with no real answers. I feel like a hamster on the durn wheel just spinning and not getting nowhere. Just very upsetting cause I spent so much money for a watch that is pretty much useless for a month now. I am pretty much screwed till they fix this crap.
