Straps keep falling out

 My fitbit versa wrist straps were falling out. At first I thought it was due to the sweat and I cleaned the holes where the strap should go. After cleaning my strap will not stay in place and the slightest tug or movement causes it to pop out. How can I get this resolved? I think I need a new Versa because its not the strap but the hole in the versa that is causing this issue.
