I have a Versa Lite. I am unable to add any friends through ANY methods (Facebook, Username, Email). I am getting the same 403 error message each time. This is extremely important to figure out as I need to sync with my professor for a college course. I've asked others to try and add me and It doesn't work.
1.I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
2.I've created an entirely new account with a different email.
3. I've tried to add friends through the website on a computer.
4. I spoke to a representative last night on the phone and he said "give it a few hours". Its been 4 days.
None of the suggestions I've read on any forums has had a solution.
