Hello,
I'm having issues connecting my PC to my Versa 2 to add music. I've tried using both the Fitbit Connect application as well as the Windows 10 Fitbit app. The Versa 2 will show "Use your computer to start transferring music," but the application on Windows is stuck on "Looking for your watch.."
I've tried both with my Versa 2 plugged into my computer via the USB charger and disconnected, I'm on the same WPA2-Personnal WiFi network, I've restarted my phone, watch, and computer, I've turned off Bluetooth on my phone and PC...
With Bluetooth on, the app seems to connect to the watch to some degree - it's able to sync and tell that I don't yet have headphones connected to the watch.
Sometimes I notice that the Versa will leave the "Use your computer to start transferring music" screen really fast, and sometimes it'll stay there for a minute or two. I have no idea what else could be wrong, though.
It also works without issue on my wife's laptop + her own Versa 2.
