I am not able to change the clock face.  The clock face place settings seem to be missing.

Which clock face? Is it Fitbits or a developers?

 

If its a developers you will need to contact them. Its list with the clock face

@wcwalters it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since you are experiencing difficulties while trying to change the clock face.

 

In addition to the information that shared my friend @WendyB, please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. Also, make sure that you are following the procedure to change the clock face as described in this help article.
