Cannot change customized quick reply on Versa

Hi, I want to change the quick reply messages in my Versa but it still remained the default replys after I changed the quick reply and synced the Versa from Fitbit app. I am using galaxy s9+ running android 9. Pls advise how to solve this issue. Thanks.

Hello @KHSan, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Cat Happy Just to confirm, I'd like you to take a look at the following instructions to edit the quick replies on your Versa. 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Notifications > Quick Replies.
  3. Tap the app you want to change the quick replies for. To change the default quick replies for all apps, tap Default Replies.
  4. Tap the reply you want to change and enter the text you want to use instead. Replies are limited to 60 characters.
  5. Tap the back arrow to return to the list of apps and automatically save your changes.
  6. Sync your device. The next time you receive a message notification from that app, your new reply is included in the list of quick replies on your device.

Apps that allow you to reply to a message directly from the notification on your Android phone also support quick replies on your Fitbit device. This includes, but isn’t limited to, apps such as: 

  • Text messages
  • Twitter
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Line

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed on your phone.

I am not able to see after notification where is offeres quick responses.

Has this changed? I can no longer find where to edit quick replies on the dashboard.
