Cannot get any help from customer care

Only after a month after buying my fitbit versa 2, the screen went white and battery drains within the hour even after full charge. I have been trying to contact customer care but to no avail. Is this the way to treat your customers??? Phone number listed is not valid, and I have only received automated responses on facebook.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
