Whenever I try to purchase a clock face through the Fitbit app, it won't push the unlock code to my Versa 2. It's only ever worked once. Everything is up to date and synced. And I have plenty of WiFi and mobile data available. And yes, I also emailed the vendor in case it was an issue on their end. I've restarted the watch as well. But no dice. Everything else works. I'm really needing some help here.
