Cannot install clock faces on my Versa Lite

Hi everyone,

 

I have bought and am trying to install this clock face on my Versa Lite:

When I follow the link on iPod and it opens up the Fitbit app, the install button is greyed out and I have the message saying the iOS app and the Versa Lite firmware should be at their latest versions.

 

I have update the iOS app and - as far as I can tell - have update the Versa Lite to the latest version, as their is no option to Update in the Today app.

 

Question:  what other reasons would prevent this clock face from being instaled?

 

Additionally, I installed the Fitbit app on Windows 10 and connected my Versa Lite via USB, and / or connected via Bluetooth.

 

When I found for the above clockface in the store and clicked on it, it just hangs with a spinning loading icon.

 

Question:  does anyone else have issues access the details of the above clockface in the Windows app?

The latest firmware version for the Fitbit Versa Lite is 38.71.6.19. To see your current version please follow the instructions in this article.

 

Whether you don't have the latest version and cannot update, please restart your watch and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
