Cannot log in: Log in doesn't recognized email I signed up with!

I tried logging into my account and could not. I use it every day. App and website acted like I did not exist. Tried creating a new account with the same email and now I am back in but no info or data. Starting from scratch. 

 

When I hit the forget password to have an email sent to me, I never receive an email. And I know I had this email assigned to it because I have a folder on my email specifically for Fitbit notifications. 

 

No customer support member has reached our yet.

I did notify a moderator so you may receive some assistance in this matter. Fitbit stores your personal information and data on a secure server which is accessed only by your email address and password. How are you accessing your account - computer, tablet or phone? Check your spam folder? Did you get with customer support or just post here?
