I recently got my versa back from Fitbit but it won’t pair giving me a message every time I try, any way to reset it? I did talk to customer service still no email to my problem.

Hello @MattJ87 you say that you get a message, OS this some type odd wire message?
Usually an error message gives a clue to the source of problem. It would be helpful to include the body of the error

How can I upload the photo so you can see it? I’m having issue trying to post it I can’t find the image.

Before you will be able to post an image, you will first need to find it. I assume it is a screenshot.
I'd toy are on am androids phone or will be under screenshots.

I assume that the error has words and your either looking at a phone, computer, or the tracker itself.
Add fire the error, of it has words you could simply type them out.
