I have managed to remove the old Fitbit Versa but cannot add the new one, can someone please help. Thank you
Edit I have tried to follow the instructions in the help desk, under the section "How do I set up a replacement device"
Edit; After a LOT of mucking around I have sorted it out, I had to download windows app to my laptop & set the Versa that way, I am not sure it took me this long the first time. But I have sorted it Thank you.
