My versa in not recording my steps, floors or exercise, I have done the reset but it’s still no working.

Hi @Ian.N, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the steps, floors and exercise tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. In case the issue persists, please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
