Just received my new Versa 2, trying to set it up on my Samsung S6 Edge. The setup stops after I get the message to update my Fitbit App (see the photo), even though I've got the latest version. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, did not help.

Thanks everyone, I contacted the support, and they told me to update my Android first. After that, the Fitbit app had to be updated as well, and then the installation finally got done.

@vmoss Try setting Versa up using a different device. Then simply log in to fitbit app on your Samsung and sync. That should propmp pairing and linking requests.

Hi, did you have your Versa 2 in the charger and connected to a USB port of your PC/Laptop while setting up your Versa 2 with your phone, cause your phone is supported by Fitbit? Regards kuzibri
