Not sure if there was a change in the whole Fitbit app but I was able to switch between my 2 Versa 2's very easily. I use one for the gym and the other one for all other daily uses. Now when I go to switch between the devices it says "found it!" But cannot find it and won't connect. I recently factory reset one of them as I thought that was the issue, wow, that was a pain in the butt as it downloaded the update for it all over again. Is there a change in the app itself that doesn't allow switching anymore? If that's the case then I'm getting rid of both of them..... Please help as I don't want to have to do this

If both trackers are nearby when you switch, try moving one of the further away so the phone's bluetooth cannot get confused.
I'm not aware of any change that would affect that.

Still having an issue with this. I've discovered that I have to shut my phone down and restart it in order to do the switch. Please help

When I am anxious to sync my tracker and it doesn't seem to want to sync right then, rebooting my phone often makes it go. Depending on how frequently you are switching, I'm tempted to say just reboot your phone each time if that gets it to work.
