Switched from Samsung S21 plus to iPhone 15. Can’t add Versa 2 to phone. I’ve followed all the suggestions online multiple times and am all out of ideas. Apple Watch is calling me right now!
please help

@SS04 Can you please clarify something? Are you trying to set it up as a new device? You don't need to do that. Your Versa 2 is on your account, unless you removed it from your account. You sign in to your account on your new iPhone. Did you remove your Versa 2 from the list of Bluetooth devices from your Samsung phone? I never switched between phone types, but always disconnected all Bluetooth devices from the old phone when upgrading. You might have a Bluetooth issue with your old phone.

You’re likely right: I should not have removed it from my account. It was one of the suggested fixes. The Chat rep asked me to remove 2other Fitbit devices in the hopes it would help the Versa2 to connect. No luck. I am unable to add it back as a new device. The app SEARCHES…Reminds me to make sure Versa2 is on, then requests I try set up steps again after restarting V2, turning off Bluetooth, etc. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the updated version of fb app twice.
