Card verification or deletion won't work

Hi

I have a card added to the wallet but it says "inactive"  I select the phone number to contact my bank so I can verify the card and I am sent a verification code.. but nothing happens after that.

 

I have no idea if I am supposed to enter the code somewhere but there is nowhere obvious I should be entering it..?

 

I tried cancelling the card to start again but Fitbit says it can't cancel the card.

 

On the Versa 3 screen it says no cards are attached to the wallet

 

My bank tell me there is no problem their end and it must a Fitbit issue

 

Can anyone help?
