Cardiogram app random dips-Versa 2

Dip on cardiogram

It happens at least once a day on my cardiogram app.

I use the versa 2 and the cardiogram app takes information from Fitbit.

Most of the time it happens when I'm actively moving around my house. So when my heart rate is higher. It's rarely happened at rest. Sometimes it has happened while playing video games.

Does anyone else have this happen on the app? I can't tell if it's real or if it's a glitch in the app/through fitbit.

I'm supposed to let my cardiologist know if I have dropped heart rate into the 30s. And this keeps happening so I don't know if I should report it as real to my doctor.

Should I get a new watch?

Is this happening to anyone else randomly?

Yesterday it dropped from 103 to 34 and back up. That can't be healthy.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bayleebaileyx.

Thank you for the information provided.

Since the Fitbit Versa 2 is not a medical device, to make sure everything is okay, I would recommend contacting your doctor.

In addition, please restart your watch and make sure to wear it by following these instructions.

You can also, revoke access between Fitbit and Cardiogram, and link them once again.

Hope this help.
