Hello, i have a versa se and am in a challenge. It started and my friend who set it up isin the same time zone (although it said she wasn't), anyway i got started.....synching ok....then as i was short on steps i went for a walk yesterday evening. I got over my step target (green flashy lights!!) and then when i synched ...it didn't seem to recognise the steps from the walk? it also wasn't synching. I sorted a force stop - which made it synch ...but i'm 4000 steps adrift .....can you help? tia

Let me help you with your Challenge. Did you log any activities on your account? These activities won't be reflected on your Challenge. Do you see any decrease of steps on the device itself? You can learn how Challenges work in this article.
