I got my Fitbit Versa in January of this year..... Sad to say a few months of it work great the screen when blank a few days ago. Based on research I have conducted I have realized this is a common occurrence with your product. I mean how can you sell items you have supposedly tested and marketed and they have all these kinds of glitches. I will NEVER EVER SUPPORT FITBIT AGAIN! I am switching to Apple. I have visited the platform and no matter what I try to do the watch still is blank. I have tried to restart it and I have even tried to let the battery died and tried to charge it up to see if some activity will happen... it charges alright but remains dead as ever on the screen. What exactly am I to do with this. This is upsetting as hell and I am very disappointed. I need redress where this is concerned.

I’m having the same problem. Went to bed Saturday was working just fine, woke up the next morning and my watch will not work, blank screen and will not charge. Only had it for about year. Same thing happened to my Fitbit Blaze. So like you I’m switching to Apple.
