I got a new phone and my fit bit app didn't transfer over to my new phone. I want to change my email address and I don't remember my old password to my old email address. It won't let me change my email! Help! I don't want to start all over again.

OK, please help me here.  I have two email addresses, one for work and one personal email address.  I want to change my Fitbit account to my personal account, after setting it up originally with my work email.  When I try to change my email address on my profile, it tells me that the email address is already taken by someone else.  How can that be? It's MY email address!!  How can I change email addresses in this situation???
