How do I change time time, if, for instance, changing time zones?

Hi @Kingma.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

If your phone, or other sync device, adjusts correctly, often the time will take care of itself at the first sync because fitbit takes the time from the sync device at every sync.

If that is not the case, see the following help section for how to correct it:

How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
