Charge dock HELP!

During travels we lost the charger dock to the versa.  I have now tired 3 different replacement docks and none of them has worked!  This is the second time that the have purchased a fit bit and run into this problem.  Where can I get a dock that works?

First I would make sure you buying the correct charger.  Versa and Versa 2 chargers are different.

If you took that into account, where did you buy them/were they official Fitbit ones?

You should be able to buy from the Fitbit store here

 or https://www.fitbit.com/us/products/accessories/versa-charging-cable.

Or they are available on Amazon, third-party and perhaps Fitbit originals.  I have never had a problem with third-party chargers but I suppose you are safer with Fitbit originals.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It was the right charger.  After days efforts and buying 3 different charges we discovered that we had take the writs band off in order to work on one charger.  On another charger we have to "clip" it with a quick connect. IN any case that was the solution.
