I have had my Versa 2 for a few weeks. April 7th was the last time it recorded active minutes. Does anyone have a fix as it seems to be Fitbit's issue. Thanks.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's not recording your active minutes properly. Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit watch earns active minutes.
Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if the issue gets fixed.
