I've been charging my Fitbit. Versa wont turn on ive been charging it for 4 / 3 days now went and bought a brand new charger a brand new charging box for the charger I've tried the three buttons to reset it on the side I've tried to turn it on with the one button on the side and still nothing I press the face down onto the charger to see if maybe the pens weren't connecting they are still won't charge what is wrong with my Fitbit versa and do I need to go get a new one

It does seem you tried almost everything without success, was this sudden change a result of the recent update?

 

Test each button that it clicks properly, to make sure they all work.

 

One last check, did you follow exactly the Instructions to start your watch?

 

If all that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.
